What data does UtilitySEO collect about me and my website?

We do not see or store your card details: Stripe handles payments. The full legal detail is in our privacy policy at https://utilityseo.com/privacy.

Where it is kept and how it is protected
- Our database and app servers are in the United States (US East, Virginia). Encrypted backup copies are kept in Western Europe.
- Everything travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and the app's connection to its database is encrypted too.
- The access tokens Google gives us for Search Console, GA4 and Google Ads are encrypted before they are stored (AES-256-GCM) and are never shown or exported.
How long we keep it
- While your account is open, we keep your data so the product works, including Search Console history beyond the 16 months Google keeps.
- When you close your account, it is switched off at once and everything tied to it is erased after 30 days. A few records are kept: see close your account.
- Network addresses recorded when you agree to our terms are cleared after 12 months.
- Backups roll off on their own, at the latest about 6 months after each copy is made.
