Can I connect my Etsy shop to UtilitySEO?

The Listing Optimiser checks Etsy listings for search: title, tags, description and category. You can always paste a listing in to check it. Where the Etsy connection is available, Connect Etsy → links your shop through Etsy's own sign-in, so every active listing is checked in one go, ranked worst first, and you can apply a better title with Apply to Etsy.

#Find it

Open the project, then Content, then Listing Optimiser, and choose Etsy listing. The panel at the top shows one of these:

• Connect your Etsy shop for bulk auditing, with Connect Etsy →: the connection is available.
• Live Etsy integration coming soon.: the connection is not open yet. Paste a single listing below for instant feedback instead.

#Check a listing by pasting it

Paste the listing's title, tags, description and category into the form. The Listing Optimiser scores it and says what to improve, for example that the title is outside the 70 to 130 character sweet spot, or that you are not using all 13 tags. Checking a listing is free; writing improvements with AI uses 1 AI use. See listing optimiser and bulk rewrite.

#Connect your shop

1. On the Etsy listing panel, press Connect Etsy →.
2. Sign in to Etsy and allow access. You come back to UtilitySEO, and the panel says Connected: with your shop's name.
3. Press Audit all listings.

You see Your listings · ranked by SEO score, worst first, with how many need attention and the average score. Only active listings are checked; a draft listing can be pasted into the form instead.

#Change a listing on Etsy

1. On a listing, press Edit.
2. Change the title or description.
3. Press Apply to Etsy. The change goes straight to your shop and is logged.

Every change can be undone: the undo button puts back the wording the listing had before UtilitySEO changed it.

We only change a listing when you press Apply to Etsy. Team members with View Only or Billing access cannot edit listings. See team roles explained.

#Disconnect

Press Disconnect on the Etsy panel and confirm. You can also remove UtilitySEO's access in your Etsy account settings.

#Does connecting Etsy cost extra?

No. It is part of the Listing Optimiser on your plan.

#Why are some of my listings missing?

Only active listings are audited. Publish a listing on Etsy, then press Re-audit.
