How do I export my data to CSV or Excel?

Most tables in UtilitySEO have an export button. Press ↓ Export at the top of the page and choose CSV Spreadsheet, or press Export CSV above a table. The file downloads straight away, contains exactly what the screen is showing, and opens cleanly in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers.

#Export from a page

On Keywords, GA4, Google Ads, Competitor scores, SEO Results, Site Audit, AI Insights and Progress:

1. Set the page up the way you want it: date range, filters, search, sort.
2. Press ↓ Export.
3. Choose CSV Spreadsheet and press ↓ Download CSV. Or choose Visual PDF for a print-ready report and press ↓ Download PDF, then save it as a PDF from the print window.

On other tables (for example Opportunities, Forecast, Activity, Blog Plan and keyword research ideas), press Export CSV above the table.

#What is in the file

• What you see is what you get. On Keywords, the export follows the group, filter, search and sort you have chosen, across every page of the table, and leaves out keywords you have set to Ignore.
• Headings in your language. English, German or Dutch, like the screen. Short codes such as URL and CTR stay as they are.
• Plain numbers. A click-through rate of 3.24% is written as 3.24 under "CTR (%)", and money sits under a heading that names the currency, so you can add up and sort columns.
• Dates written as 2026-10-09, whatever your language.
• A clear file name with the site and the day, for example example.co.uk-keywords-2026-10-09.csv.
• Safe to open. Accents, £ signs and German or Dutch letters come through intact, and text copied from a website (such as a page title) can never run as a spreadsheet formula.

#Export everything a site scan found

On SEO Results, the Raw export card has Export all findings (one row for each finding on each page) and Export all pages (one row for each page the scan read), each as CSV or JSON. It is everything the scan found, tidy-ups and speed advice included. See export scan results.

#Questions people ask

#Why is the export button greyed out?

There is nothing to export yet, for example no scan has run or the table is empty for the dates you picked. On Export CSV buttons, hovering says "Nothing to export yet".

#Does an export use up anything on my plan?

No. Exports are free on every plan and do not use AI uses or scans.

#Can I get all my account data in one file?

Yes, as a JSON file from Settings, then Account, Download my data. See download your data.
