What are AI uses and Growth blogs?

An AI use is one click on an AI action in UtilitySEO, such as writing a fix, a meta description or a diagnosis. Entrepreneur includes 100 a month and Enterprise is unlimited under fair use; Minimum has none. A Growth blog is one full blog post written for you, counted separately: 20 a month on Entrepreneur and 100 on Enterprise.
AI uses
- What counts: each AI action you click costs 1 use. Bulk Rewrite in the Meta Generator costs 1 use for every 10 pages.
- What does not count: anything you did not click. Weekly emails, weekly AI visibility tracking and the scheduled jobs that keep your data fresh never use one.
- Failed tries are free. A use is only counted when the AI answered. If something goes wrong, you keep it.
- When they reset: on the 1st of each month, UK time. Unused uses do not carry over.

A trial on Entrepreneur or Enterprise gets the same as that plan.
Growth blogs
A Growth blog is one full blog post written for you from your blog plan. It is counted on its own, not as an AI use, across all the websites in your account. A draft that fails to finish is not counted.
Keeping track
The sidebar shows AI uses left this month and Growth blogs left this month, for example "94 of 100". Enterprise shows no counter.
When you run out, AI buttons say AI uses used up. Clicking one tells you when they reset and offers two ways on: Enterprise, which has no monthly limit, or connecting your own AI.
Use your own Claude or ChatGPT
The UtilitySEO connector lets you ask about your data inside your own Claude or ChatGPT. It runs on your own AI account, so it never uses your AI uses. Questions people ask
Why does my Minimum plan not have AI features?
Minimum includes every feature that does not need AI. AI writing, Growth blogs and AI visibility tracking start on Entrepreneur. Locked buttons show a padlock with Upgrade to unlock.
Does checking what AI assistants say about my business use AI uses?
No. Weekly AI visibility tracking on Entrepreneur and Enterprise runs on its own and never touches your monthly uses.
What does unlimited mean on Enterprise?
Fair use, as set out in our Terms. Normal use of the app will not reach a limit. Growth blogs on Enterprise are 100 a month across all your websites.
An AI button says the feature is not available right now. Have I run out?
No. That message means the AI service is briefly out of reach. Everything else keeps working, and nothing was counted. Try again later.
